This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile app “Gacha Lizard”.

1. Personal Data Collected

— All game data (lizards, draw tickets, breeding logs) are stored locally on the user’s device via Isar DB and are never transmitted to our servers or cloud.

2. Info Processed by Third-party SDKs (Ads)

3. Child Protection

This app is intended for users aged 13 and above. Parental consent is required below 14.

4. Cross-border Transfer

Ad servers may be located in the United States, Singapore, etc. Users can block transfers via OS tracking-opt-out.

5. Policy Changes

We will notify users at least 7 days in advance via release notes & in-app notices. (30 days & renewed consent for material changes.)
