Article 1 (Purpose of Processing Personal Information)
The Provider processes personal information for the following purposes. Collected information will not be used for purposes other than those listed below, and if the purpose of use changes, prior consent will be sought.
- Game Data Storage and Synchronization: When linking Google or Apple accounts, we provide manual backup and recovery functions for game data to support seamless gameplay even after changing devices.
- Content Provision and User Identification: To provide additional in-game content such as ranking systems and event participation, we may process progress, nicknames, and country information. This may be managed based on an arbitrary Unique Universal Identifier (UUID) generated during service use, regardless of account linking.
- Personalized Advertisements: When using free services within the App, behavioral information is used to provide customized advertisements tailored to your interests through third-party advertising partners.
- Service Improvement and Statistical Analysis: Information is used for statistical analysis to improve service stability, understand usage patterns, and provide better services.
Article 2 (Items and Methods of Collection)
1. Items of Personal Information Collected
The Provider collects and uses the following information to provide services (data backup, in-game ranking system, etc.).
- External Account Linking (Optional): If you choose to link your Google or Apple account, we collect your Login Identifier (UID), Email address, and Game progress data (currency, items, progress, etc.). (For Apple Login, a virtual email address may be collected depending on your settings.)
- Non-Logged-in Service and Ranking System (Automatic): Even without logging in, we may collect an arbitrary identifier (UUID/Anonymous UID), nickname, country information, and game scores to provide in-game content such as ranking services.
- Payment Information: All payment processing and information occurring during in-app purchases are handled through the platform provider's (Google, Apple) systems. The Provider does not directly collect or store your payment method information.
- Information Automatically Collected During Service Use: To improve services and provide advertisements, advertising identifiers (ADID/IDFA), device information (model name, OS), IP address, and usage records may be automatically collected through third-party partners (SDKs).
2. Method of Collection
- Collection through Apple/Google Login and Firebase Authentication services.
- Generation and transmission when you upload data to the server (manual save) or play the game.
- Automatic generation and collection through third-party partner SDKs during service use.
Article 3 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)
In principle, the Provider does not provide your personal information to third parties. However, for service provision, non-identifiable behavioral information is provided to trusted partners as follows:

Article 4 (Retention and Processing Period of Personal Information)
The Provider retains and processes personal information as follows:
1. Server-Stored Data (For Account-Linked Users):
- Retention Period: Retained during the service use period (account maintenance period).
- Destruction Method: If you request deletion through the 'Delete Account' function in the App, the data and user information stored on the server will be destroyed immediately and cannot be recovered.
- Inactive User Treatment: To efficiently manage service resources and protect personal information, the Provider may delete the data (all server-stored data) of users who have not used the service for more than [1 year] from the date of their last login.
2. Server-Stored Data (Non-Logged-in: Rankings and Content):
- Collected Items: UUID, nickname, country information, game progress.
- Retention Period: Retained until the end of the service or until the data is no longer useful for ranking operations and statistical analysis.
- Destruction Method: Since this data is managed based on an anonymized identifier (UUID) that cannot identify an individual, a separate deletion function may not be provided in the App. However, if you request deletion via customer support email, it will be processed immediately after identity verification.
Article 5 (Rights and Obligations of Users and How to Exercise Them)
- For Logged-in Users: Users who have linked their Google or Apple accounts can delete their personal information and game data stored on the server at any time through the 'Delete Account (or Delete Data)' function in the App. Once deleted, the data cannot be recovered.
- For Non-Logged-in Users: If you use the service without linking an account and wish to delete automatically collected items (nickname, country, progress, UUID), you may request deletion via customer support email (admin@heeae.net). In this case, we may request the unique identifier (UUID) visible within the App for identity verification.
- Refusal of Ad and Behavioral Info Collection: Users have the right to refuse the collection of information for personalized advertisements and service analysis, which can be controlled through device settings:
- Android: Settings → Privacy (or Google) → Ads → Reset or Delete Advertising ID
- iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → Allow Apps to Request to Track 'Off'
Article 6 (Measures to Ensure the Safety of Personal Information)
The Provider makes the following efforts to manage your personal information safely:
- Use of Secure Server Environments: We utilize professional cloud services (Google Firebase, AWS, etc.) and protect data through authentication and security settings (access rights management, etc.) provided by each service.
- Data Transmission Encryption: When exchanging data between the App and the server (social login, ranking records, data backup, etc.), we use SSL (HTTPS) encrypted communication to prevent data leakage.
- Minimal Handling of Personal Information: We only handle the minimum information (email, UUID, nickname, etc.) necessary for service operation and the ranking system.
- Device Data Protection: Local data not stored on the server is kept securely in the App's dedicated storage within your device.

In the event of any additions, deletions, or modifications to this Privacy Policy, we will obtain new consent through a separate pop-up screen upon App access from the effective date of the change.
